Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets, Salt and pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 cup heavy cream, Juice of 1 lemon, 2 cloves garlic, minced, Fresh herbs (dill, parsley), Seasonal vegetables (asparagus, zucchini)
Instructions:
- Sear the Salmon: Season salmon with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring until combined. Add herbs and season to taste.
- Cook Vegetables: Sauté seasonal vegetables in olive oil until tender.
- Serve: Plate the salmon with the sauce drizzled on top and vegetables on the side.
