Ingredients:
2 servings ramen noodles, 4 cups chicken or pork broth, 2 tbsp miso paste, 2 garlic cloves, minced, 1-inch ginger, sliced, 2 soft-boiled eggs, Fresh scallions, nori, sesame seeds (for topping)
Instructions:
- Make the Broth: In a pot, combine broth, miso paste, garlic, and ginger. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Cook the Noodles: In a separate pot, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Assemble the Bowl: Divide noodles into bowls, pour hot broth over them, and top with a halved soft-boiled egg, scallions, nori, and sesame seeds.
